control, and various evaluation of quality
items in relation to processing quality levels.
Production package covers scheduling &
delivery control, production order control,
factory management and shipping control. Facilities,
Procurement, Finance are also clearly controlled

Steel Making is one of the most important
stages which affects the quality and cost
of product.
The EAF and modernized refining system
(LF, VD, VOD, VIM, ESR) can eliminate
impurities, and control chemical composition.
Through the casting process, Ingot (1
ton to 30 ton), bloom(250mm x 410mm rectangular
type), and billets(150x150 or 160x160mm
square) are made.
| Rolling
and Forging Process |
Billets, blooms, ingots at the plant
are rolled & forged to wire rods and
bars with highly precise dimension and
shape by the automatic control system.
The diameter of wire rods are from 5.5
to 34mm, round bars are from 6 to 350mm.
Rolled flat bars are produced from 13x150
to 150x610mm, and forged flats are mainly
300x400mm.
According to customer requirement, various
heat treatments are available such as
Solution Treatment, Normalizing, Full
Annealing, Hardening+Tempering, SL+PH,
Normalizing+Tempering etc,.
Rolled round bars are efficiently finished
by inline process composed with Straightening-Shot
Blasting-Identification Check- Surface
Inspection(Circoflux)+Internal Inspection(Ultrasonic)+Marking-
Manual Grinding(surface defect removal)-Cutting-Chamfering-Packing.
For the rolled flat bars, CSS operate
another finishing line covers Bump Straightening-Automatic
Levelling-Shot Blasting which ensures
good flatness and straightness of the
products.
Bright finished bars are also available
in various conditions.
- Cold drawn bar : Coil to bar drawing
+ straightening with size accuracy h9
- Smooth turned bar : turned and straightened
with size accuracy h11
- Centerless ground bar :
CD + straightening
+ centerless grinding (h8, h9) with increased
strength
ST + straightening
+ centerless grinding (h8, h9) with normal
strength
- Rough turned bar : Peeled by BTM or
Lathe with size accuracy +0.6% of O.D

A wide range of seamless tubes and pipes
are manufactured through 2000 ton hot
extrusion press followed by heat treatment,
pilger rolling, draw bench and nondestructive
testing
